" I had the privilege of serving as an intern at Conewago Place. I was able to gain valuable experience supporting individuals on their recovery journeys. Having witnessed a loved one struggle with substance use, this field held personal meaning for me and strengthened my compassion for those facing the same challenges. My experience was rewarding and eye-opening. I gained insight from dedicated professionals, connected with clients, and solidified my passion for helping others." - Olivia Wagner, BS
"My internship experience at Conewago Pottsville was extremely valuable in shaping my clinical skills and confidence as a counselor. I had the opportunity to work closely with individuals in recovery, facilitate group sessions, and observe a wide range of therapeutic approaches. The support from supervisors and staff created an environment where I could grow both personally and professionally. This experience helped solidify my passion for working in substance use treatment and prepared me for my role in the field." - Noah Richards, MSW
